Passion
For God and Compassion for Man

President - Ministries of Compassion
Our heart at Rock City Church is to have a passion
for God and a compassion for mankind. As we continue
to get closer to Him, we hear His heartbeat. He
desires to have fellowship with us - through prayer
and reading His word. When we are in that intimate
place with Him, we hear words of direction that will
transform our lives and direct the church on its course
and destiny. Some of the words of direction we have
heard for this body over the years are:
- When you are a friend of the poor, you are a friend
of God’s.
- If you take the one’s nobody wants, God will
give you the one’s that everyone is after.
- Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness,
and all these things will be added to you.
- Reach out and have compassion towards the broken men,
women and children He has called you to reach.
Through these words and many more, our outreach organizations,
which we collectively call “Ministries of Compassion
(MOC), have been developed.
The

Nehemiah House, Inc.
