Hiding Place, Inc.
The Hiding Place is a residential facility where women in crisis will be loved, cared for and encouraged through a healthy Christian family environment. We establish women in a home structure and daily work/recreational routine throughout their stay. During this time, they also receive support with specialized care: medical, education and counseling. Any woman, regardless of race or religion, who possesses the desire to be helped, and who agrees to abide by the rules of the house, can receive help.

The HP is a 501c(3) tax-exempt organization and is supported by charitable gifts, individual donations, and fees for services. We also draw on commitments from community resources and volunteers.
The Hiding Place is undergoing much renovation. The house recently had brand new siding put on and it looks beautiful!!! We also received a grant for two brand new stackable washer and dryer units, boy are we excited about that. We now have seven ladies residing at The Hiding Place. Two ladies are expecting babies, one this November and the other in January. We also have four babies under the age of six months and two rambunctious toddlers running around the house. New things are happening here at the Hiding Place!!!
The Hiding Place is expecting a baby next week. What a special Thanksgiving gift! We also have a great group of ladies, toddlers and babies. We are still enjoying our beautiful house and now have some nice shutters that were added to the exterior.
Our new strategy group has some wonderful things planned for the house this year. And we are always looking for new women and men to impart into our house.
Recently, the Jewish Community Center’s preschool conducted a drive for us last week. These were children that are 2-5 years old! The items consisted of diapers, wipes, a nice microwave and many other beautiful things for our ladies and children.
